Services
Everything that holds a house together.
Six trades under one crew. If a job needs something outside this list, we will tell you who to call instead of learning on your house.
01 Roofing & re-roofing Full tear-offs, deck repair, architectural shingles and metal roofing.
We strip the roof to the deck, replace what has failed, and rebuild it layer by layer — synthetic underlayment, ice and water at the valleys, new drip edge, new boots and flashing. Leak repairs and storm damage handled the same week where we can.
- Complete tear-off and re-roof
- Rotten decking replacement
- Architectural shingles
- Standing seam and metal panel
- Leak tracing and repair
- Storm and wind damage
02 Structural framing & repair Rafters, joists, subfloor and load-bearing repairs.
Sagging floors, soft decking, cracked rafters and termite damage are structural problems, not cosmetic ones. We cut back to sound wood, sister or replace the member, and rebuild the load path properly.
- Rafter and truss repair
- Floor joist and subfloor
- Termite and rot remediation
- Load-bearing wall changes
- Room additions and dormers
- New construction framing
03 Decks, porches & pergolas Outdoor structures built to survive a Florida summer.
Pressure-treated and composite decks, screened porches, pool pergolas, railings and stairs. Posts set properly, hardware rated for coastal air, and a finish that still looks right after two rainy seasons.
- Pressure-treated and composite decks
- Pool decks and pergolas
- Screened porches and lanais
- Screen enclosure repair and re-screen
- Railings, stairs and steps
- Deck resurfacing and repair
04 Drywall, trim & paint Hang, tape, texture, trim and finish — done by the same crew.
Water damage, popcorn removal, new partitions, crown and baseboard, interior and exterior paint. Finish work is where most jobs get rushed, so it is the part we schedule the most time for.
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Water damage repair
- Texture and popcorn removal
- Crown, casing and baseboard
- Interior and exterior paint
- Doors and hardware
05 Windows & doors Replacement, reframing, flashing and trim-out.
Openings get reframed square, flashed correctly and sealed before the unit goes in — which is the difference between a window that lasts and one that rots the wall behind it.
- Replacement windows
- Opening reframing and headers
- Sliding and French doors
- Exterior door replacement
- Flashing and weather sealing
- Interior and exterior trim-out
06 Renovations & additions Kitchens, baths, full interiors and room additions.
One crew from demolition to final coat, with a written scope and a schedule you can hold us to. We coordinate the trades so you are not the one chasing an electrician on a Friday afternoon.
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Full interior renovations
- Room and porch additions
- Layout and wall changes
- Rental and flip turnarounds
- Permit-ready documentation
How we work
Four steps. No surprises on the invoice.
- 01
We come out and look
Measurements, photos and a walk of the actual job. We do not quote a roof from a picture on your phone.
- 02
Written scope and price
Line by line: what gets done, what it costs, what it does not include, and how many days it takes.
- 03
One crew, in order
The same people from tear-off to final coat, with photographs as the work moves so you can follow it without standing in the driveway.
- 04
We walk it with you
Nothing closes out until you have seen it in person and told us it is right.
