01 Roofing & re-roofing Full tear-offs, deck repair, architectural shingles and metal roofing.
We strip the roof to the deck when required, replace damaged or deteriorated decking, and rebuild the roofing system layer by layer using the appropriate underlayment, flashing, drip edge, boots and roofing materials for the project. Leak repairs and storm-damage assessments are scheduled as promptly as availability allows.

02 Structural framing & repair Rafters, joists, subfloor and load-bearing repairs.
Sagging floors, soft decking, damaged rafters and deterioration can indicate structural issues rather than cosmetic ones. We evaluate the affected area, remove or reinforce compromised materials as appropriate, and coordinate structural repairs based on the conditions found and project requirements.

03 Decks, porches & pergolas Outdoor structures designed and built for Florida conditions.
Pressure-treated and composite decks, screened porches, pool pergolas, railings and stairs — built with proper structural support, appropriate exterior hardware and materials selected for Florida’s heat, moisture and coastal conditions.

04 Drywall, trim & paint Hang, tape, texture, trim, paint and finish — coordinated from start to completion.
From drywall and texture to trim, baseboards and interior or exterior paint, we coordinate the finish work as part of a complete project or as a standalone service. We give the finishing stages the attention they need because the details are what you see every day.

05 Windows & doors Replacement, reframing, flashing and trim-out.
Proper window and door installation starts with the opening. When required, we reframe, flash and seal the opening before installation to help protect the surrounding structure from moisture intrusion and premature deterioration.

06 Renovations & additions Kitchens, baths, full interiors and room additions.
From demolition through final finishes, your project stays under coordinated oversight with a written scope and a clear project schedule. We coordinate the trades and appropriately licensed professionals required for the project, so you have one organized point of contact throughout the work.

Your project stays under consistent oversight from the first walkthrough through completion, with progress photos along the way so you can follow the work without having to be on site.

Before final closeout, we review the completed work with you, address agreed punch-list items and make sure you understand what was completed.
